This course provides an opportunity for the study of special topics in kinetic imagery. Specific topics for this course, and prerequisites relevant in each case, will be stated in the Undergraduate Class Schedule.

CART355c is a studio course in which students conduct radical experiments in digital text, type and typography. It will look at how type can be used in dynamic, interactive and performative contexts, and how manipulating the appearance and behavior of type affects the meaning of the text.
