Jason Bramburger
Assistant Professor
Concordia University
Welcome to Jason Bramburger's Homepage
I'm an assistant professor at Concordia University and a member of the CRM Applied Math Lab. My interests broadly lie in dynamical systems with research programs focusing on data-driven discovery, pattern formation, and polynomial optimization applied to differential equations. I received my Ph.D. in 2017 from the University of Ottawa under the supervision of Dr. Benoit Dionne and Dr. Victor LeBlanc. My training includes working as an NSERC postdoctoral fellow at Brown University, a PIMS postdoctoral fellow at the University of Victoria, and an acting instructor at the University of Washington.
Students who are interested in working with me on problems in computational and/or analytical aspects of dynamical systems are encouraged to reach out with a brief description of their interests. Moderate to strong programming skills are an advantage, while a background in differential equations is necessary. Those interested in working as a postdoctoral fellow in my lab are encouraged to apply for a CRM-ISM Fellowship listing me as an advisor.
